World Class Fitness in 100 Words
- ■ Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat.
■ Practice and train major lifts: Deadlift, clean, squat, presses, C&J, and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, pirouettes, flips, splits, and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast.
■ Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keep workouts short and intense.

NEW ON RAMP HOURS!
ATTENTION SALVATION MEMBERS!
We are getting busy, and while this is a great thing we have to assure that everyone is getting ample coaching time.
We will be implementing NEW ON RAMP HOURS!
MON-WED-FRI
- These hours will be set aside for on ramp AND regular class. Please note that if you come at this time there will be an on ramp classes going on.
ON RAMPERS: The times listed above will be your available class times for your first month. After you have completed your on ramp program, you are free to join us at the other available times.
- This is a time when you can come in and work on a lift, practice a skill, or get in some mobility or endurance.
- Coaching during open gym will be minimal.

CrossFit Salvation is EXPANDING!
It's time to move! All classes will be as usual, after the classes on Friday we will start moving things over to the new unit. Saturday morning we will have a 9 AM and a 10 AM class at the old location, and then we will continue the move. Regular class schedule on Monday will be in place at the new location. If you are available Friday evening, Saturday or Sunday to help please notify Tim or Lauren, we can use all the help that we can get!
